Andrea Nelson is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than twenty years of healthcare leadership experience. She has a strong working knowledge of healthcare staffing and workforce optimization strategies that provide value to VISTA’s healthcare delivery customers. Prior to VISTA, she spent ten years driving results and improved patient outcomes for Eli Lilly and Company, a Fortune 500 company and a member of the top 100 Best Companies to Work for in America. This involved the development of healthcare system partnerships and patient programs that led to higher value and ROI for healthcare systems and improved care/experience for patients. Prior to Eli Lilly, Andrea held numerous leadership roles at CHG Healthcare thru a decade of rapid organizational growth and change. While at both CHG and VISTA Staffing, she has demonstrated a strong ability to lead the integration of companies, cultures, people, and technology due to acquisitions and business demand. Currently, Chief Operating Officer for VISTA Staffing Solutions, a leading healthcare staffing, and workforce solutions company VISTA has been providing industry-leading healthcare services for almost 30 years. Andrea appreciates the opportunity every day to lead an outstanding group of dedicated VISTA team members based in Salt Lake City, Houston and Atlanta. The teams at VISTA, have earned ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Diamond Awards; this comes after winning the Best of Staffing Client and Talent Awards consecutively for five-plus years, proving VISTA’s ability to provide a superior experience to clients in search of clinical coverage, as well as clinician job seekers. Andrea is based out of Salt Lake City, UT, and enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Adam has been part of the healthcare industry for over 20 years, working alongside some of the most influential healthcare workforce solutions leaders and companies across the country. He has played a significant role in driving the use of Managed Service Provider (MSP) platforms helping to sell, grow and expand the business to include top healthcare systems and hospital management companies. He holds a great amount of expertise in building client relationships, strategic planning, and high-level sales and business development.
Adam brings his passion for innovation and growth to his current leadership role at VISTA Staffing Solutions. As Senior Vice President at VISTA, Adam has been instrumental in developing, implementing, and delivering the company’s newest offering, our MSP business line; VISTA Select. Additionally, VISTA has positioned itself as an expert advisor and full-service Workforce Solutions provider during one of the most challenging times in our industry, aligning themselves with both State and Disaster Response organizations to rapidly provide healthcare professionals to the country’s most urgent geographies.
