Take It From Us...

What do you love about your role and the work you do?
I love helping my team achieve our goals and getting doctors to their assignments and helping them in any way that is needed.

How have the people at VISTA helped you in your career path?
Everyone has been so encouraging and helpful. When I wanted to apply for the scheduling coordinator position from credentialing, I asked quite a few people, including managers, for advice. I am so happy that they encouraged me to improve myself and make the move.

What one piece of advice would you offer a new employee?
Ask questions, be patient. Embrace the tools you are given and know that in time, it all makes perfect sense.

How have the people at VISTA helped you in your career path?
I’ve learned a lot at VISTA – coming to the industry very green, I’ve grown a lot and learned a lot about not only this industry but about the business world. I’ve gained a lot of skills working at VISTA.

What do you love about your role and the work you do?
I am a person who cares a lot about the wellbeing of other people, that's just my nature, and with VISTA I know I can do just that. I help physicians find work, I help facilities fill the gap because of the lack of staff, and most importantly I help patients to continue receiving uninterrupted medical care.

What one piece of advice would you offer a new employee?
Write down everything, be open minded, build that confidence. It will all start making sense soon.

Reflecting on your time at VISTA, what is your favorite memory or personal milestone?
I had my first provider confirmed during my first month, and I still was going through the recruiter boot camp training, so I had to learn everything pretty quickly. But I had an awesome mentor and she made it a breeze for me!
