Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available; long-term assignment with a 6-month minimum; holiday coverage needed; 30-day advance notice required for schedule changes or end of assignment
  • Job Setting: Multiple locations 
  • Types of Cases: OR cases at Midtown and Gateway (10- and 12-hour shifts); GI cases at GI Specialty Center (8-hour shifts); must have 200 cases in the last 12 months to be credentialed

Minimum Requirements

  • Certifications: Minimum of 200 cases in the last 12 months required for credentialing; no new graduates
  • Licensure: Indiana license (or ability to obtain); clear background with no malpractice preferred
