Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8hr shifts (7a-3p) and 10hr shifts (7a-5p); Full time (20+ shifts/month)
• Job Setting: Hospital OR; Care Team Model. Will cross credential at Leader Surgery Center and Hanover.
• Types of Cases: Typical OR cases; approximately 40-60 cases per day. Must have pediatric comfort. 7am staff start, 7:23 wheels in room, turnover 17-22 minutes (case dependent); days begin to pyramid down after 1pm, but several cases consistently run through 7-11pm.
• Compensation: $315/hr (including orientation)

Minimum Requirements

• Certifications: Pediatric comfort required
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license preferred; will consider providers who need to obtain one, particularly if their availability aligns with facility needs. Must reside outside a 40-mile radius of the facility (as the crow flies, not driving distance).
