Type of Cases: General, Cardiac, ENT, GI, GYN, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Thoracic, Radiology, Urology, Vascular, and OB

Credentialing: Wisconsin license or ability to obtain

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified CRNA

Certifications: ACLS (AHA)

Licensure: Wisconsin license or ability to obtain
