  • Join a team of 13 hospital-employed CRNAs
  • Practice at a Level IV Trauma Center in Spearfish, South Dakota
  • Broad scope of practice caring for surgical and obstetrical patients
  • Strong emphasis on regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks, with training provided for new hires
  • Opportunity to manage labor epidurals, post-operative pain, and acute and chronic pain services
  • Participate in neonatal and adult resuscitation efforts throughout the hospital
  • Perform vascular access procedures, including peripheral IV and PICC line placement
  • Call averages once every 10 days
  • Guaranteed post-call day off
  • Starting salary of $245,200+
  • Signing bonus of up to $300,000
  • Student stipend opportunities up to $72,000
