Nurse Practitioner – Critical Care (Intensivists) – Pediatric in Arizona

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: 48 hours in-house, 7a-7a, July 12-13
  • Job Setting: Inpatient Hospital – Pediatrics and PICU at an adult level one trauma center
  • Types of Cases: Pediatric patients ages 0-18 years; 7-15 patients per day; pediatric traumas including neurosurgery patients; perform intubations, central lines, art lines, and LPs; no ECMO, CRRT, or transplant
  • Credentialing: Completed applications due within 7 days of receipt; case logs and vaccination records required; mandatory remote Cerner training (approximately 4 hours) the week prior to start

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Pediatrics NP
  • Certifications: Acute Care, PALS, BLS; DEA required; 1 year of PICU experience required
  • Licensure: AZ license required
