  • Job Setting: Emergency Department
  • Types of Cases: Comprehensive emergency care in a high-acuity community hospital environment; collaborative physician-led practice with 24-hour physician coverage

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible:
    • NP: AANP or ANCC certification required
    • PA: Active NCCPA certification required
  • Certifications: ACLS, PALS
  • Licensure:
    • NP: Active unrestricted Tennessee RN License; Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner License; Active Tennessee DEA Registration with Tennessee address; Prescriptive Authority required
    • PA: Active unrestricted Tennessee PA License; Active DEA Registration with Tennessee address (DEA schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5 required)
