Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time (1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week); 1:11 call rotation
- Job Setting: Outpatient primary care within a collaborative and multidisciplinary medical group environment
- Types of Cases: Comprehensive nursing and medical care to individuals, families, and groups with focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and overall wellness
Minimum Requirements
- Certifications: Certification as Adult, Family, or Pediatric NP (national organization recognized by VT Board of Nursing) highly preferred; Healthcare Provider CPR Certification required
- Licensure: Current Vermont APRN License (or ability to obtain); DEA License required
- Education: Master's Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required; Two years of nursing experience prior to advanced degree highly preferred
- Additional Requirements:
- Clean malpractice history required;
- Not open to visa candidates at this time;
- Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour;
- Not open to candidates who plan to work this job in conjunction with another position
