Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine in Washington

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 9:00 AM-8:00 PM; 40 hours/week
- Job Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting
- Types of Cases:
- Family medicine, walk-in/acute care, chronic disease management, same-day walk-in patients
- Patient population ranges from newborns to geriatrics
- Basic procedures include injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care
- Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
- EMR: Epic
- Patients Per Day: Up to 18 patients per shift
- Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant per provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician, and local health care administrator
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Licensure:
- Active Washington State license
- Active Washington State DEA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
