Nurse Practitioner – Geriatrics in North Carolina

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time with provider on-call rotation
- Job Setting: PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly)
- Types of Cases: Comprehensive primary care for frail and elderly populations including participant assessments, acute illness evaluation and treatment, care plan management, discharge planning, and home visits
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified NP (ANCC or AANP)
- Certifications: BLS, DEA Registration, CDS Certification
- Licensure: Active North Carolina NP License
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years NP experience (preferably long-term care); experience with frail/elderly populations or willingness for training
- Additional Requirements: Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days); clean malpractice/license history highly preferred; visa candidates not accepted
