Nurse Practitioner – Geriatrics in North Carolina

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Full-time with provider on-call rotation
  • Job Setting: PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly)
  • Types of Cases: Comprehensive primary care for frail and elderly populations including participant assessments, acute illness evaluation and treatment, care plan management, discharge planning, and home visits

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified NP (ANCC or AANP)
  • Certifications: BLS, DEA Registration, CDS Certification
  • Licensure: Active North Carolina NP License
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years NP experience (preferably long-term care); experience with frail/elderly populations or willingness for training
  • Additional Requirements: Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days); clean malpractice/license history highly preferred; visa candidates not accepted
