Nurse Practitioner – Neurology – Critical Care in California

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 10 hour day shift, 7a-5p, no call
- Job Setting: Inpatient, Trauma Level 2
- Types of Cases: Emergency surgery patients with brain, neck, and spine surgeries.
- Low/moderate risk procedures including laceration repair, IV access/IV insertion-peripheral line, fracture and dislocation reductions.
- High risk procedures: G-tube placement, endotracheal intubation, cardioversion/defibrillation, LMA, paracentesis, chest tubes, central and arterial line placement.
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Current ANCC/AANP (NP) or NCCPA (PA) certified
- Experience: Must have at least 1 year of neurosurgery/neurocritical care or neurology experience
- Certifications: ACLS, DEA, ATLS
- Licensure: Active California license required
