Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at Plover (8:00am – 4:30pm); Tuesday at Portage (8:00am – 4:30pm). Start Date: November 2, 2026. Coverage needed through at least end of March 2027.
- Job Setting: Outpatient, Occupational Medicine
- Types of Cases: Occupational Medicine; DOT certification exams required with FMCSA digital upload experience; 16 patients per shift
- Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days. No temporary privileges available.
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Not required
- Certifications: BLS required; DOT Certification required at time of bid
- Licensure: IMLC not accepted
