Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: 4 hours per week; preferred 2 hours/day, 2 days/week; flexible scheduling available
  • Job Setting: Outpatient Telehealth
  • Types of Cases: Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), addiction medicine follow-ups and intakes
  • Credentialing: ASAP start opportunity

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: PMHNP preferred
  • Certifications: PMHNP; MAT/Suboxone prescribing experience required
  • Licensure: Active Georgia license
