Join a hospital, located in beautiful Northeast Oregon, who is looking to add a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to their Behavioral Health Clinic.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Team consists of 1  fulltime physician and wonderful team of 6 LCSW’s who serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
  • Work for an independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system that includes a community hospital as well as 19 primary and specialty clinics
  • Outpatient Rural Health Clinic 
  • Four 10-hour days per week
  • Average 14-17 patients per day
  • Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
  • Lab on site
  • 30+ exam rooms
  • 1:16 call; phone call only
  • Fulltime, permanent
  • Epic EMR 
  • Very competitive total compensation opportunity with RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold, Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually, and Commencement bonus of $15,000,
