Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with Addiction Medicine Opportunity
Community hospital searching for (1) full-time Internal Medicine Physician or Family Medicine Physician to join our Adult Medicine team in a busy patient focused outpatient office setting. No pediatrics or OB required. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including the opportunity to evaluate and treat patients with substance use disorders and provide addiction medicine services as part of an integrated primary care model.

Practice Profile:
 Practice devoted to the care of adult patients.
• Outpatient only
• Minimal call (phone call only)
• Join a DO and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Full hospitalist service
• Employed position
• Comprehensive adult primary care
• Opportunity to provide addiction medicine and substance use disorder treatment within the primary care setting
• Support staff including Office Manager, MA, and secretary

Qualifications:
• Board eligible or board certified
• Visa Candidates Welcome
