Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: 8a–5p procedures; 24-hour call while on assignment; paid as a 24-hour call daily rate (preferred)
  • Job Setting: Hospital
  • Types of Cases: CABGs primarily; very limited valves; no dissections or high-risk cases; low-volume, bread-and-butter cases
  • Credentialing: Standard ~90 days; can be expedited for strong candidates; April 27 start achievable with license or IMLC, clean malpractice, complete documentation

Minimum Requirements

  • Certifications: TEE certification required
  • Licensure: Virginia license strongly preferred; IMLC acceptable and encouraged (can reduce licensing timeline to ~3 weeks)
