  • Schedule: 10 hour shifts, weeknight on call (pager) required – number of calls negotiable, weekend on call (pager) required – number of calls negotiable
  • Job Setting: Small community hospital, east of Syracuse, 6 anesthesia rooms
  • Types of Cases: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Basic Peds, ENDO
  • Credentialing: 60 days, must cross-credential at Specialists One Day Surgery Center and Crouse
  • Target Start Date: 4/1/2026
  • Duration: Variable
  • Charting System: Meditech
  • CRNA Supervision: Yes, 2 to 1 or 1 to 1 ratio

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification or Fellowship Required
  • Certifications:
  • Licensure: Currently licensed as a Physician, willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license
