Physician Assistant – Family Medicine in New York
Job Details:
Join a well-established, collaborative primary care practice in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to provide outpatient care to a diverse patient population in a modern, supportive environment with excellent compensation and benefits.
Practice Details:
- Outpatient, only primary care with no call
- Patient ages 12 through geriatrics
- 5?day workweek, including one Sunday
- Team-based model with 2 MDs and 3 PAs
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physician Assistant
- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Interest in primary care; new grads with primary care experience welcome
- Strong patient-centered communication skills
Compensation:
- $160,000 base salary (first year) with 4% annual increases
- $180,000 base for PAs with 2+ years of primary care experience
- Productivity bonus: estimated $24,000–$48,000/year
- $10,000 sign on bonus (2?year commitment)
