Physician – Cardiology – Cardiac Electrophysiology in Arizona

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: 7:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch. Specific week blocks: Feb 2-6, Feb 9-13, Mar 16-20, Apr 6-10, Apr 13-17, May 4-8, June 29-Jul 3, Jul 20-24
  • Job Setting: Hospital and In-Office Clinic
  • Types of Cases: Cardiac electrophysiology with focus on heart rhythm disturbances and ablations. Cath Lab hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length. Clinic sees 20-22 patients per day. Must perform TEEs and moderate sedation.
  • Credentialing: 30 days

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC or BE required
  • Certifications: ACLS
  • Licensure: AZ License required (ok to license). DEA required.
  • Experience: 1 year minimum. Must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations. Must be comfortable with Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system.
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Patient Population: Adults
  • Vaccines: COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
