Physician – Cardiology in Washington

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic days (8-hour days, 7a-5p), plus weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call; on call 2 weeks per month (1 week Monday-Sunday, 2nd week Monday-Friday); long-term, full-time assignment beginning November 2026
  • Job Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
  • Types of Cases: General Cardiology; Outpatient Cardiology, Inpatient Cardiology (including ICU), Non-invasive (Echocardiography, TEE, Nuclear Cardiology); Invasive Cardiology – Diagnostic preferred (PA catheter placement, IABP placement, Cardiac catheterization); Interventional Cardiology preferred (Angioplasty/PTCA, Intracoronary stent placement, Atherectomy); Electrophysiology preferred (Cardiac ablation, Permanent pacemaker placement, ICD/AICD); approximately 15 patients per shift; call response time within 20 minutes
  • Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days; temporary privileges available; DEA required; EMR: Epic

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required; Fellowship required
  • Certifications: ACLS required; BLS required
  • Licensure: Active Washington State license or IMLC
