Physician – Cardiothoracic Surgery in Nebraska

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: 24 hour call 7a-7a, flexible scheduling available
  • Job Setting: Inpatient, Trauma Level 1
  • Types of Cases: Hospital rounds on CTS patients, OP and IP consults, OR coverage for cardiac surgery and thoracic trauma. Standard Thoracic surgery, Heart cases roughly 150 cases per year – ECMO cannulation, CABG.
  • Case Logs Required: 100 open cardiac cases, and 50 thoracic procedures in the last 2 years
  • Credentialing: 90 days

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
  • Licensure: Active Nebraska license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
