This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment.   • Office based general dermatology
  • Subspecialty training welcome
  • Four-day work week
  • Starting base is $610,000 with two-year guarantee with RVU bonus
  • Biopsies, excision of cancers, light treatments
  • Biologic for psoriasis, Accutane, Methotrexate, Cell Cept
  • EPIC EHR
  • Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
  • Loan or mortgage assistance up to $200,000
  • Group paid malpractice with no tail
  • Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on
  • 12% 401K gift
  • RVU based comp starting the 2nd year
