A financially strong multi-specialty group of 525+ providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional dermatologist based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. The practice provides a physician friendly work/life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Office based general dermatology
- Subspecialty training welcome
- Four-day work week
- Starting base is $610,000 with two-year guarantee with RVU bonus
- Biopsies, excision of cancers, light treatments
- Biologic for psoriasis, Accutane, Methotrexate, Cell Cept
- EPIC EHR
- Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
- Loan or mortgage assistance up to $200,000
- Group paid malpractice with no tail
- Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on
- 12% 401K gift
- RVU based comp starting the 2nd year
- Residency stipend possible
- Central Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia, and other wonders
