  • Schedule: 24 hours/day physician coverage
  • Job Setting: 15-bed Emergency Department, 103 hospital beds, approximately 17,000 annual ED visits
  • Types of Cases: Low-volume, high-efficiency Emergency Department environment, Modern EMR with streamlined charting workflows, 10 hours/day APC support, Efficient staffing model focused on throughput and reducing physician burden, Collaborative team environment with dependable specialty support, Stable operational infrastructure and physician-focused leadership
  • Credentialing: Malpractice coverage through Coverys ($500K/$1.5M), Indiana Patient's Compensation Fund (IPCF) enrollment, 10-year claims history, Documentation of case logs for past 2 years, Completed CME Attestation Form during application process

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board certified – ABEM/AOBEM or current ABMS-recognized specialty with at least five years continuous full time experience in high volume (>30,000 visits per year) emergency department
  • Certifications: BLS or CPR, Moderate Sedation
  • Licensure: Active unrestricted IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA w/ IN address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4
