  • Job Setting: Tertiary care facility; 576 hospital beds; 46K annual ED volume
  • Types of Cases:
  • Credentialing: Accepting IMLC and Pending DEA; Interview with Medical Director required; Cross Credential: Willis-Knighton South & The Center Women's Health-EM, WK Pierremont Health Center-EM, WK Bossier Health Center-EM

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible/Certified in Emergency Medicine; ABEM required; Residency Trained
  • Certifications: ACLS; ALS and PALS if not Board Certified in EM; CME past 2 years; Case logs past 2 years
  • Licensure: Active Louisiana Medical License (clean, no past actions); CDS; DEA with Louisiana address
