Physician – Emergency Medicine in Washington

Join a well-established, growing healthcare organization that operates a 16-bed Emergency Department with Level IV trauma designation, serving as a vital access point for high-quality care in the community. This is an opportunity to practice true emergency medicine in a supportive, team-driven environment. We are seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join our dedicated group.
Highlights
16-bed ED with Level IV trauma designation
Procedures required including intubations, central lines, and more
Strong patient volume with ~18,000 visits/year (?50 patients/day)
Structured 12?hour shifts across three daily shifts:
08:00–20:00
Noon–midnight
20:00–08:00 Two providers are on from noon–midnight during peak volume
Collaborative team of 7.0 FTE ED physicians
No call
Competitive salary ranging $420k–$460k, depending on experience
