- Schedule: Full-time, primarily outpatient responsibilities with flexibility in scheduling
- Job Setting: Established and thriving practice
- Types of Cases: Diagnosis, treatment and long-term care for individuals with diabetes and other endocrine and metabolic disorders; multi-disciplinary team includes Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners and Certified Diabetes Educators; services include complication screening, prevention and treatment, medication management, foot care, smoking cessation, onsite HbA1c testing, weight management and nutritional counseling, diabetes support groups, and individual and group diabetes education classes; latest diabetes care technology including insulin pump/sensor download and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward BC); candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted
- Licensure: NY License or willing to obtain
