Physician – Family Medicine in Alabama

Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS
 • Active and unrestricted medical license in Alabama (by start date)
 • Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Proficiency in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity)
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Strong diagnostic, organizational, and communication skills
