Opportunity Highlights
?Schedule: Monday–Friday workweek; 4 days administrative and 1 day clinical
 •?Job Setting: Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
?Practice Scope: Strategic clinical leadership across Internal Medicine and Family Medicine departments
 •?Responsibilities: Includes policy development, staff supervision, recruitment, PCMH implementation, and EMR utilization
?Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Minimum Requirements for Consideration
?Minimum two years of management experience in an FQHC or similar healthcare agency
?Masters degree in public health administration or related field (preferred)
?Board Certified in Family Medicine
?Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license
?Valid DEA registration
?Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
