  • Schedule: Full-time, 36 patient-facing hours per week
  • Job Setting: UCHealth Parkview Medical Office Building, Pueblo, CO
  • Types of Cases: Full-spectrum Family Medicine and preventive care across the lifespan; acute and chronic condition management; preventive health and wellness; collaborative care coordination with physicians and advanced practice providers
  • On-Call: After-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues
  • Compensation:
    • Base Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually
    • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
    • Productivity Bonus: Based on wRVUs generated
    • Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)
    • Relocation Package: Available for eligible candidates
    • Retirement Plan: Multiple options available

    • CME: Generous allowance for ongoing professional development
    • Malpractice Coverage: Paid malpractice insurance
  • Placement Fee: $25,000 (Permanent Placement)

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Truly Board Eligible (within 0-7 years of residency completion) – Required
  • Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Licensure: Active Colorado Medical License – Highly Preferred (must be obtained during credentialing and prior to start); DEA – Required (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days, active) – Required at presentation, no exemption
    • Clean malpractice/background – Highly Preferred
    • Visa support requirement (J1 or H1B) must be noted in submission details – Required
