Opportunity Highlights
- Primarily leadership and oversight role with some patient encounters
- Collaborate with Market President on KPIs and P&L performance

- Supervise and mentor clinicians to improve diagnostic skills, evidence?based practice, and population health management

Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- M.D. or D.O., required
- Geriatrics fellowship or advanced degrees (MPH, MBA, JD), preferred
- Active Florida license upon start date
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Documented leadership experience with oversight and mentoring providers
- Ability to use KPIs and data to drive outcomes
- Experience in a value?based care background, preferred
- Experience in home?based or outpatient care, required
