Physician – Family Medicine in Oregon

Are you a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric) physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Oregon might be the perfect fit for you!

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (3-4 days per week considered); minimum 2 weeks per month required; full-time preferred; 8 guaranteed hours per day; overtime applies after 9 hours
  • Job Setting: Outpatient clinic; includes in-clinic and community-based visits (patient residences, assisted living, SNF)
  • Types of Cases: Geriatric medicine; PACE program (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) serving adults 55+; provider works within an 11-person interdisciplinary team; no call
  • EMR: Epic
  • Start Date: November 2026, ongoing

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible (true BE) required; geriatric experience strongly preferred as the majority of the patient population is geriatric
  • Certifications: BLS required; DEA required
  • Licensure: Active Oregon license required (IMLC not accepted)
