Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time
- Job Setting: Multi-site, hospital-employed primary care network; Clinical outpatient office and hospital-based primary care settings
- Types of Cases: Direct primary care patient services; Medical Director role providing oversight for a 50-provider multi-specialty outpatient Primary Care group across four primary care sites; Clinical leadership including quality improvement, protocol development, mentoring clinicians, and strategic planning
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Certifications: CPR for Healthcare Providers certification
- Licensure: Valid Vermont medical license (or ability to obtain); Valid Vermont DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ambulatory care setting; Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical practice
