Physician – Family Medicine in Washington

We’re seeking a Family Medicine Physician who’s passionate about strengthening community health and making a meaningful impact. If you’re driven to provide full spectrum care and feel called to serve underserved patient populations, you’ll find a home, and purpose here in Salem, Oregon.

Highlights:

  • Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
  • EMR system is EPIC
  • Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 7:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • $322k annual compensation
  • Guaranteed first-year annual salary

  • Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
  • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
