Opportunity Highlights
• Schedule: M–F 8a–5p
• Job Setting – Physician owned private practice – Multi-specialty orthopaedic group with 18 orthopedists across various subspecialties
• Strong infrastructure, excellent use of technology, existing referral sources
• Practice type – Inpatient and Outpatient
• Anticipate very busy clinic with high patient volume
• Surgery typically 2 days in OR and 3 days in clinic, this can fluctuate based on volumes
• EMR – Athena
• Call – Shared with the team.
• Compensation structure – Revenue-based model, productivity driven (negotiated individually)
• Partner and Ownership tract
• Benefits – Moving allowance, Initial marketing allowance
• Location – Nashville, TN area: A dynamic city known for its music, culture, and quality of life


Minimum Requirements for Consideration
• BC/BE Foot & Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon
• Certifications: Fellowship trained – NO Podiatrist Candidates
• TN Licensure by start date
• Will accept experienced or 2026 Fellowship completion
