Physician – Gastroenterology in Washington

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 8a-5p weekdays, no nights or weekends. 14 shifts per month minimum. Full time coverage starting 8/3/2026 – Ongoing. Minimum availability 2 weeks per month.
- Job Setting: Inpatient (Potential outpatient procedures). Gastro Hospitalist type role between Sacred Heart and Holy Family hospitals.
- Types of Cases: 5 patient encounters per shift. Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeder; Esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretation; Small Bowel biopsy; Lower GI endoscopy; Flexible and Rigid Sigmoidoscopy; Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp; Diagnostic ERCP.
- Credentialing: 90 days estimated timeframe
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified only
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Licensure: Active WA license or IMLC. DEA required. GI Fellowship required (Fellowship 3).
