Physician – Hospitalist in New York

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time day shift, Monday through Friday, approximately 40-50 hours per week, no weekends, no on-call responsibilities
- Job Setting: Medical Director of Hospital Medicine at Medical Center
- Types of Cases: Leadership role providing oversight and guidance to inpatient care delivery, managing the Hospital Medicine team, collaborating with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency of hospitalist services
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years of eligibility) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA
- Licensure: NY Medical License or willingness to obtain
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting required; at least 2 years in leadership role in acute care highly preferred. Not accepting fresh graduates.
