Minimum Requirements for Consideration

  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active New York license (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • DEA required prior to start
  •  Experience required (not accepting new graduates)
  • NPDB Self?Query
