Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Starting as soon as credentialed through May 2026. 40 hours per week.
  • Job Setting: Outpatient clinic
  • Type of Cases: No procedures. Medication Management, Preventive Care, Treatment Planning, Diagnosis, Patient Assessment (Physical Examination, Annual Wellness)
  • Credentialing:  30-60 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible, DEA, BLS
  • Licensure: Must have active Florida license
