Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week; 7:00 AM-5:30 PM; schedule may be 4×10-hour days or 5×8-hour days
• Job Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
• Types of Cases: Adult and pediatric primary care, routine visits, acute care, and same-day appointments
• Credentialing: Start upon completion of credentialing; details pending

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Family Medicine (MD or DO)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Licensure: Active Oklahoma license required
