Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Structured neonatology team rotation with every-other-night call during service weeks; weekend coverage required on a rotating basis during on-service weeks
  • Job Setting: Level III NICU
  • Types of Cases: High-acuity neonatal population requiring advanced interventions including high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia; well-baby rounding two weeks per month in collaboration with Family Medicine Residency Program; collaboration with 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage and strong pediatric subspecialty support including Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
  • Licensure: South Carolina Medical License or willingness to obtain
