Physician – Neonatal – Perinatal Medicine in Virginia

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Week-on/week-off schedule with home call during assigned week (24 hours/day for 7 consecutive days). Weekend coverage included during week-on schedule.
- Job Setting: Level III NICU and newborn nursery. 8-bed Level III NICU and 10 LDR couplet care rooms with daily census of approximately 9-11 patients.
- Types of Cases: Comprehensive neonatal care, attending and managing high-risk deliveries in collaboration with OB and perinatal teams
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified in Pediatrics required. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatology required.
- Certifications: DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- Licensure: Virginia Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
