Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Full-time permanent position; eight 24-hour in-house shifts per month
  • Job Setting: Ascension NE Wisconsin St. Elizabeth Hospital – 15-bed Level III NICU; Newborn Nursery
  • Types of Cases:
    • Level III NICU with average daily census of 6
    • Newborn nursery with average daily census of 5
    • NICU services include: iNO, HFOV, whole body cooling, teleneurology
    • Neonatal transport team
    • Monthly high-risk infant follow-up clinic with MFM collaboration
  • Credentialing: Wisconsin Medical License required (or willingness to obtain)

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine required
  • Certifications: DEA required (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Licensure: Wisconsin Medical License required (or willingness to obtain)

Additional Notes

  • Permanent, full-time position – requires residency within the immediate local area; relocation may be required
  • Not accepting Locums candidates
  • Not accepting visa candidates
  • Clean Malpractice/License History highly preferred
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) required at presentation
