  • Job Setting: Inpatient | Facility: Canyon Vista Medical Group (LifePoint Health) | EMR: UHS Cerner | 7 Beds in Department
  • Types of Cases:
    • Low risk pregnancy (Required)
    • OB Ultrasounds – Performance and Interpretation (Required): Level I/Screening (Required), Level II/Targeted (Preferred)
    • Routine Delivery – Vaginal (Required), Low Forceps (Required), Decision-making for C-Section (Required)
    • Complicated Delivery – C-Section (Required), Breech (Required), Abruptions (Required), VBACs (Required), Multiple Births (Preferred)
    • Surgical Gynecology – Open (Required), Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor (Required), Operative/Major including Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA's (Required)
    • FHR Interpretation – NST/CST/FSE (Preferred)
    • Amniocentesis (Preferred)
    • Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations (Preferred)
    • Laser Certification (Preferred)
    • Average Deliveries Per Year: 650
    • Admissions Required: Yes | Rounding: Unassigned Patients | Avg. Patients Per Shift: 3
    • Resident/Teaching Supervision Required: Yes
    • Phone Consults: ~4 per shift | Patients Seen: ~2 | Admissions: ~2
  • Credentialing: Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days | Temporary Privileges Available: Yes | Fellowship Required: Yes

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible Required
  • Licensure: Must be Licensed in Arizona, will consider IMLC
