Physician – Obstetrics / Gynecology in Colorado

- Job Setting: Hospital and clinic (Platte Valley OB/GYN, Amber Creek-OB-GYN Clinic)
- Types of Cases: High quality patient care in a collaborative and patient centric approach, care in hospital and/or clinic settings via direct interaction, telephone, video, or secure email; gathering history, physical exam, review of prior records and ancillary data; developing and monitoring treatment plans; providing efficient and compassionate care utilizing multi-disciplinary approach
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board certification/eligibility based on education and specialty
- Certifications: Valid DEA in applicable state; BLS or ACLS upon hire in an acute care hospital; BLS or ACLS within 90 days of hire in an ambulatory clinic
- Licensure: Valid license to practice in Colorado; MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine; Residency trained in OB/GYN; Must be able to provide facility-verified case logs demonstrating 30-40 deliveries within the past 36 months (personal logs are not accepted)
