    • Full spectrum OB/GYN
    • Busy practice with instant volume
    • 1,000+ Births/year
    • Call split 1:5
    • Dedicated OR time with access to robot
    • OB Hospitalist support for emergencies and hospital consults
    • Level II NICU with onsite neonatologists
    • Ultrasound onsite
    • Collaborative care model between employed group and Community Health Care (local FQHC with clinics in Iowa and Illinois)
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Competitive compensation with two-year income guarantee of $400K plus productivity incentive
    • $100,000 commencement bonus

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 3 years of residency; must become Board Certified within 1 year of employment)
  • Licensure:
    • Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
    • Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications
    • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days, active) — required at presentation, no exceptions
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)
