  • OB Ultrasounds – Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted (Preferred)
  • Routine vaginal delivery (Required)
  • Decision-making for C-section (Required)
  • C-section (Required)
  • Breech delivery (Required)
  • Multiple births (Required)
  • Abruptions (Required)
  • VBAC's (Preferred)
  • Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations (Required)
  • Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor – tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation (Required)
  • Operative/major laparoscopic – ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's (Required)
  • Office/minor gynecology – IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. (Preferred)
  • Surgical gynecology – open (Not Required)

Credentialing

  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days (unless temporary privileges approved; note: temporary privileges are not available at this facility)

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required
  • Certifications: BLS (Required), PALS (Required), Other (Required)
  • Licensure: Must be licensed in Maine (ME) or IMLC
  • Provider Type: Physician (MD)
  • Fellowship: Required (Level 2)
