Physician – Obstetrics / Gynecology in Pennsylvania

Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: Monday–Friday clinical schedule
Call: 1:6 rotation, weekday 24-hour call with guaranteed post-call time off
Job Setting: Primarily outpatient ambulatory practice with hospital-based responsibilities (deliveries and surgical procedures)
Practice Size: Group of board certified OBGYN physicians in a collaborative multispecialty team
Volume: Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually (200 per month); 80% low-risk pregnancies; 25–30% C-section rate; laparoscopic and robotic-assisted procedures (Da Vinci Si/Xi)
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive starting salary $375,000–$400,000; generous starting bonus; productivity and quality incentives; comprehensive benefits package
Location: Bedroom community of Philadelphia with modern facilities, Level II nursery, thriving community with proximity to Philadelphia’s cultural and urban amenities

Minimum Requirements
       Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN
      Certifications: BLS (required or willingness to obtain)
      DEA (required before start)
      Pennsylvania medical license (or willingness to obtain)
     One-year post-residency experience with complicated deliveries, C-sections, and robotic surgery (Da Vinci Si/Xi)
