Physician – Obstetrics / Gynecology in Vermont

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 3-4 clinic days per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients per day; average of three dedicated OR days per month; home call on a 1-in-4 rotation as backup to midwives
- Job Setting: Hospital-owned OB/GYN practice
- Types of Cases: Full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care; gynecologic consults from primary care providers and in-house midwives; office-based gynecologic procedures; minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries; physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care including uncomplicated deliveries; birth center offering VBACs, water birth, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services
- Credentialing: Active Vermont License must be obtained prior to start
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Certifications: MD or DO degree; completion of accredited OB/GYN residency (U.S. or Canada)
- Licensure: Active Vermont License (must be obtained prior to start)
