Physician – Obstetrics / Gynecology in Virginia

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Office hours 8am-4pm with daily 24-hour call, 24-hour weekend call
- Job Setting: Office, inpatient, average 25-30 scheduled patients per day
- Types of Cases: OBGYN
- Required OB procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy, FHR interpretation NST/CST/FSE, OB ultrasounds performance of interpretation and performance of Level I/screening
- Required Labor and Delivery procedures: Routine delivery vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section, complicated delivery C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs, repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Required GYN procedures: Office/minor gynecology IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP; surgical gynecology open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only tubal ligation, LOAs, chromal tubation, operative/major ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs
- Credentialing: 120 days
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Licensure: Active Virginia license required, will consider candidates willing to obtain state license
